Finance Office

The Earth and Mineral Sciences Finance Office is committed to providing excellent customer service as well as serving as a financial and administrative resource for the College. Our office handles research funds, general funds, and endowments, and is responsible for fiscal control and expenditure approval. Our staff values integrity and teamwork.

Below are a list of links and frequently used forms related to financial policies, guidelines, and procedures. 

Procedure for Rental Agreements

  • Agreements are sent to the Finance Office.
  • A cover memo/email it attached and the agreement is forwarded to Chris Boob (Risk Management) in 103 Rider Building II.
  • Once Risk Management reviews the agreement it is forwarded to Debbie Meder for approval in 407 Rider Building.
  • The Finance Office will be contacted when all signatures have been obtained and the department will be contacted.
  • Deposits to the rental company should be made via SRFC or Purchase Order. Purchase Orders are recommended if we are using a company that is listed as a conflict of interest.
