The Energy and Environmental Sustainability Laboratories (EESL) will host a cheese and wine open house on Aug. 31 in the Nittany Lion Inn Alumni Lounge. This open house will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
The open house will provide an opportunity to learn about EESL, a shared instrumentation multi-user facility with the goal of expanding research into energy and the environment. Attendees can learn about EESL's facilities, equipment and services, as well as meet EESL researchers and employees. EESL instruments are used in a variety of fields, including agriculture, anthropology and human physiology.
