<li>A cover memo/email is attached and the agreement is forwarded to Risk Management in 103 Rider Building.</li>
<li>Once Risk Management reviews the agreement, it is forwarded to the Controller’s Office for approval and appropriate signature.</li>

Recognizes a staff member who promotes a spirit of collegiality and collaboration within, but especially beyond, their work unit and represents the college in a positive way within the entire University. This person performs beyond their job description, fosters professional relationships, creatively solves problems.
Full-time or part-time staff member with a minimum of 12 months of service in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.

Honors a staff member who motivates and inspires others while fostering excellence in achievements and performance, encourages the growth of others, promotes diversity, provides superior customer service, and is viewed as an outstanding staff person.
Full-time or part-time staff member with a minimum of 12 months of service in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.

Honors a staff member who has been with the College fewer than two years (as of January 2nd), who demonstrates initiative and commitment to their unit, and has made a significant impact within their short employment.
Full-time or part-time staff member with fewer than two years of service (as of January 2nd) in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.

The award was launched in August 2016 to give monthly recognition of staff members doing a good job, helping someone out, coming up with a new idea, etc.
Full-time or part-time staff member in good standing with minimum of 3 months of service in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. Staff members are eligible for nomination every 6 months.
Anyone in the college can nominate a staff member for this award. Nomination is due the last business day of the month. The winners will be recognized during following month. If you are interested in nominating a staff member for this award, please complete and submit the form below.
