What is the one Penn State activity that everyone should participate in, and why?
THON is a special Penn State tradition, and standing with EMS makes it even more memorable. Knowing that you can make a direct impact on the lives of others gives great purpose.
What’s the best part about being an EMS student?
The faculty and resources in the College of EMS support students unlike any other college at Penn State.
What is one piece of advice you would give to prospective students?
Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness; it is a willingness to self-reflect and act. Struggles will inevitably come, but reaching out to others makes those obstacles seem less daunting.
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in college so far?
You can’t do everything, and that’s okay! Pick a few things that you are most interested in and pursue them as far as you can.
