1. G&S or TRAVEL - SNow (RECOMMENDED METHOD)

G&S – Concur (ALTERNATIVE METHOD)

2. Catalog Purchase Orders (PSU Buy)
- Step-by-step instructions for ordering items through Penn State's PSU Buy Catalog (no changes)
3. Non-Catalog Purchase Orders (SNow)
- Step-by step instructions for procurement of items that cannot be purchased with a Pcard and are not available in PSU Buy Catalog (e.g., Capitalized Equipment, Consulting Services, Rental Agreements)
4. Non-PO Invoices (SNow)
- Step-by-step instructions for requesting payment of an invoice for goods & services already rendered
