Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. G&S or TRAVEL - SNow (RECOMMENDED METHOD)

• Step-by-step instructions for settling Pcard transactions or out-of-pocket reimbursements for both goods & services and travel related expenses - do NOT use the G&S-Concur or the Travel-Concur process below if you choose this method

G&S – Concur (ALTERNATIVE METHOD)

• IF YOU DO NOT want to use the above ServiceNow process, you can use Concur directly instead: Instructions for settling Pcard transactions or out-of-pocket reimbursements for goods & services related expenses

Travel – Concur (ALTERNATIVE METHOD)

• IF YOU DO NOT want to use the above ServiceNow process, you can use Concur directly instead: Instructions for settling Pcard transactions or out-of-pocket reimbursements for travel related expenses

2. Catalog Purchase Orders (PSU Buy)
