Obelisk Inductee Bio | Penn State College of Earth and Mineral Sciences

Congratulations on your induction into the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences Obelisk Society! For more than a century, the Obelisk has stood on the University Park campus as a symbol of the founding of a unique college and the traditions that have guided its success and achievement. The Obelisk Society celebrates distinguished alumni and friends whose loyalty and support serve to inspire and strengthen the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.

We hope you will join us at our annual Obelisk Society Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Regardless of whether you plan to attend this event in person or virtually, or whether you wish to remain anonymous, please complete the following biographical information form (for each inductee, if applicable). The information you provide will help to shape Dean Kump's remarks during the induction ceremony and will be used in marketing materials and print engraving. After you submit the form, a member of the EMS Development and Alumni Relations team will contact you closer to the event date to provide you with your finalized biography for you to review and work with you to make any additional changes, if necessary.
