Updates when tasks are completed. This can sometimes be consolidated into one
message sent after all of your assigned tasks are completed, but only if no one
else is waiting on your completion of a task before they can start one.

The overarching principle here is that the
e-mail sender should know, at any given time, what you are doing in response to
their message.
