More About Me

I aspire to land a job working with wind energy in Germany. I have traveled there several times since I was young, and I always love looking out the car windows and seeing those massive, beautiful wind turbines on the rolling hills. It would be awesome to come full circle and actually work on them.

When it comes to hot or cold weather, it's no contest—hot weather all the way.

If I could be any animal, there's no doubt I'd be a dolphin. Dolphins seem so relaxed and fun to be around, and that's the kind of life I want to live. I would also get to spend my life in my favorite place, the ocean.

Every incoming first-year student should go to TOTEMS, our first-year student program. I loved having the chance to move in early and make friends before the fall semester began. TOTEMS gave me great advice about classes and clubs at Penn State. Basically, it made the transition to college much easier and less intimidating for me.

It might surprise people to know that I prefer morning classes over those in the afternoon.

I like to study in the Pattee Library stacks, the EMS Library, and the top floor of Hammond Building.

The most important lesson I've learned in college so far is that change is good. You can't always control what happens to you, but you can control how you handle it. Go into every situation with an open mind and positive attitude, and things will always work out.
