Tips for Attending the Obelisk Society and Alumni Awards Celebration
There are two ways to attend the celebration via Zoom. Below are the steps for each. For the best experience, download Zoom and attend using the app. However, the ceremony is also available via telephone. Additional information on each method can be found here. Attend via Zoom app
- Use your email address to register for a free Zoom account
- Download the Zoom app
- Join a test meeting, allow access to microphone and camera and test devices (optional)
That’s it! Then you can join the main Obelisk event here at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, or chat with the dean, students and alums at 6:30 p.m. via the pre-event breakout sessions. (Note, you will be pre-assigned to a session based on your degree. If you aren’t automatically placed in a breakout room, one of the hosts will assist you.
