UtilGen.mod
The UtilGen.mod block generates the steam and power required by upstream blocks in the simulation. Additional power may be generated using the EXTRAPWR field in the input form. Other sources include the GASLHV utility, which is converted to the FUEL utility.

Parameters: 1) ExtraPwr(0) – Represent additional utilities that are generated to supplement the utility requirements for upstream blocks.
2) COGEN(0) – Option 1 implies that power will be generated in addition to steam at a fixed steam/power ratio.
