Your proposals will be submitted through the college research office.  We provide advice and assistance in the development
of proposals and procedures for processing proposals and awards.  We are also responsible for post-award administrative actions.  PSU requires all official proposals receive institutional approval prior to submission. 
Our office facilitates the approval process and we have delegated signature authority to signed your documents on behalf of the University.  We urge you to work with us early in the process to insure timely submission of your proposals.
