SUBJECT:   FT&R Faculty Annual Evaluation Form and Job Description

The members of the Fixed-Term and Research Faculty Committee have reviewed the FT&R annual evaluation form and job description that were used for the 2005 academic year. The Committee members have decided to combine the evaluation form and job description for the 2006 calendar year instead of providing them as separate documents.

We would like to remind all FT&R faculty members about the importance of participating in a meaningful performance evaluation each year for both the employee and the supervisor. Please submit your evaluation and job description by the April 1 due date.
