Service Activities
- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of computer laboratories
- Provides technical support regarding hardware and software use and problem resolution
- Supervises and maintains the operations of the teaching and research computer laboratories for EME; including PC, UNIX, and some MAC environments
- Recommends and installs computers for faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate student laboratories; recommend, install, and maintain all software applications
