Below are forms related to the BRIE program. Also included are some of the common financial forms used by Penn State.
Please remember to follow all Penn State policies regarding purchases and travel. You can find guidelines regarding these
forms in GURU, under the Policy Manual section.

Travel Support Form – to be completed at the end of BRIE approved travel
Group Meal Support Form – to be completed following a pre-approved group meal activity (e.g., taking a prospective student to lunch)
Purchasing Card Support Form – to be completed and turned in with original receipts
